❤️🔥 We found new treasure!
While we’re headlong into the Dolch 486 project, we found ourselves in front of a deal we just couldn’t pass up! There was an Apple IIe collection advertised locally for $1000; after much back and forth, the seller and TechHeart settled on a price we couldn’t pass up; $350!
I made the drive to a fancy neighborhood in North Portland, OR - took one look - and packed up our treasure!

At any rate, we just wanted to quicky share the treasure that was found… everything runs great and the gem of the collection is the TransWarp accelerator card. It brings the Apple IIe from a CPU speed of 1Mhz to 3.5Mhz!! -fast, baby!-
